This was news in Norway in November … of 2020. Don’t know why foreign news outlets are picking it up now.
Up there with the Germans using broomsticks in training exercises due to shortages.
I think back in the day in Switzerland we also got underwear. I don’t remember anybody ever wearing it. That would be insane. You wear your own socks and underwear.
Fiscal responsibility like this is why Norway has all the money.
