I am quite sure this is a jersey for a amateur sports team, maybe for a tournament of amateur teams.
It’s an old jersey for the company soccer “aka football” team of Frankfurt Airport, in the years before the company became Fraport.
Red/white checkers is the standard International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) pattern for “obstructions near aviation facilities”.
