  1. New Jeresy has joined VT, NY, WA, OR, MA, VA, RI, MD and CT in adopting the California regulation which requires increasing fractions of cars sold each year to be ones which don’t burn fossil fuels, hitting 100% (including pluggable hybrids) in 2035.
