> set to win around 35 of the 150 seats in parliament
He will need partners to form a coalition government. Who’s gonna be up for being the junior partner of the far-right?

Now the Dutch flag changes from 🇳🇱 to 🇷🇺

Fucking fascists.
Didn’t they become almost as big like 15/20 years ago (or when was it ?), they formed a government with 1 or 2 other parties and it lasted, what, 6 months ?
This is an opposition party that likes to talk big but doesn’t really want to govern, its also a one man party where he (geert wilders) is boss and the rest is just seat filler.
Most of the other parties have long ago said they’re not going to work with the PVV because of its history and viewpoints.
So its going to be loooong formation and likely new elections within a year.
another country headed in the right direction.
* Argentina
* Dutch
Let the right wing fix the problems then you can just vote them out and fuck it up all over again 💋💋💋
Not great. But put it into context, he won 35 out of 150 seats. Being the biggest party doesn’t mean he will end up leading the country.

Europe is stuck in a center to center-right mode. As is the US. This coalition will likely be ungovernable.
So, basically, expect new elections in 2024, where PVV will lose a shitton of seats.
People are stupid. Foreign governments are pushing propaganda to interfere with elections and people are buying right into it.
How many examples can people provide of right wing governments actually making the citizens lives better? They promise a crack down on corruption, just to be corrupt themselves. America, Brazil, Israel, etc..
Oh well. Elections have consequences.
There was a massive economic crisis followed by like three others for various reasons and now people are seemingly speedrunning that bit of 1930s Germany. Really fucking concerning.
I imagine China is looking at all the chaos between more and more extremists on the right and left in the rest of the world with glee.
It is going to be real easy to put their own people off democracy by just pointing to some of the psychos getting voted into power across the West.
just what we needed, more crazy! brace yourselves. I think the orange man child will be back in just over a year.
And I thought the Italian political landscape was a nightmare…

Great to see!
Why did PVV have a surge in polls? Also what does this mean for Ukraine-aid? Or to Netherlands in general?
The world is seemingly getting tired of progressive policies
I’m so ashamed..
🙁
Would love to see this in Canada
Is this the guy with the “Nexit” narrative? Didn’t he see how well it went for the brits?
Another succes for Russian propaganda
Reminder that PVV has connections with Russia’s Putin dating back to 2013. This is very serious.
