Well, as I suspected would happen, it looks like Avdiivka will be captured by Russia. It seems Ukraine is unable to withstand determined and sustained Russian meatwave tactics, despite initial success. Seems like a repeat of Bakmut. I just worry that maybe it could be much worse if UA forces get trapped in there.
