Reading the article it points out that the restaurant is a franchise of White’s, not a kitchen he directly runs. Hardly the ‘gotcha’ the headline implies

I am disabled & have a fully trained service dog. She is amazing. She goes with me everywhere, and is better behaved than I. She can sit quietly longer than I can.
She attended uni with me, in a rambling Victorian building and looong story made very short, she makes a specific noise when she hears/sees/smells a rat or mouse is close by. She only ever makes that noise at rats or mice.
Fuck, man. There are rats everywhere in London. You do not want to know. In places you’d never expect. Jesus Christ. Anywhere with food or second hand clothes, and she lets me know, hey, there’s that sound & smell again. I’m like, thaaannnks….
