  1. Article notes Germany and France heading up the Air Defence side of this. Makes sense as Germany’s IRIS-T is already in Ukraine, and France has the biggest anti-air industry in Europe.

    Also notes Estonia is handling the IT side of this, which again makes sense, they’re very good at cyber.

    Lastly notes the UK and Norway handling the naval side of this. The UK has Europe’s most powerful navy with huge experience in naval technology and has been foremost in naval drone testing, and Norway is the maker of Europe’s best anti-shipping missile and regularly has NATO go to its shores to train in the littoral/small boat operations. So this is a great combination.
