Isn’t he just a bit left off the center, standing up, facing away from the camera with his right arm at an angle as if holding a rifle a bit weird? Or am I paranoia and is that just… the vodka?

I think he/she is at the base of the tree that’s at a bit of an angle, on the right, to the left of the larger tree. You can see a scope’s front aperture (camouflaged in tan) just to the right of the shadow at the base of that tree. Barrell pointing to the right, but towards the camera.
He’s about 1 meter to left of the pad on the ground, dead center in the middle of the picture. His rifle is under a ghille suit. You can see him aiming down the scope. Can see part of his face too.
It’s difficult to determine due to the image quality, but I’ve marked what appear to be the rifle, shooting mat, and helmet. However, I could be completely mistaken.

It would probably be easier if there was a picture that wasn’t taken with a potato. Also, I can’t believe how annoying reddit’s image hosting is – I’m trying to zoom in on the photo but it’s just making the webpage around the photo larger while the photo stays the same size. Try right clicking and copy image link, paste to a new tab, and reddit just redirects so you don’t get the image by itself. Great job guys.
Upload a version that isn’t shrunk so small each leaf is a single pixel.

OK, I have had to search a little bit, but yes, there he is, just next to the pad.
On the ground just above the camo mat, you can see the end of the scope, and the camoflauged rifle barrel. His body is fully hidden though
