Looks like it was an American toy hence the Sheriff in the name, I’ve never seen it before.
According to the box of the toy that I looked up on eBay just now, The Veggies were ordinary vegetables that came to life when Farmer Fiddle played a magic tune on his fiddle.
They got an avocado penguin called Flicky Vocado, a pepper elephant called Pepperphant, and more.
There’s lore and everything. Miss toys with their own stories and not just tie-ins to the latest films and shows and stuff.

Shows K.F. Designs Inc was the maker of this toy but can’t find anything else.
I don’t know what the devil I’m looking at exactly, but he’s absolutely splendid!
