I recoeved a parking fine in the post which isn’t high so I’ll pay without grumbling BUT I’m not sure what I did wrong – i was in a marked bay, displaying my parkschein as the sign said. The letter gives a reference but my google powerrs have failed me – anyone know where I can find the information on what I did wrong so I csn avoid another fibe?

You parked your car on the wrong side of the street/facing the wrong direction.
You parked on the left hand side of the road. You must always park on the right side of the direction your car is facing
