I want to cover my balcony a bit on one side to avoid that people can watch from the street on that part of my balcony.
What would you suggest? I’ve seen this bamboo constructions. Are they good for wind and rain in winter? I think I should have a few options to fix something. What do you suggest and where to get it? Thanks

If you’re on the facade of the building you may have restrictions on what you can cover the railings with. Check your ownership docs or ask landlord if there are restrictions.
Otherwise bamboo does the job. Could buy a trellis and grow creepers like Jasmine up it as well
a part from bamboo there is green covering thing, which can be used as well, or just board it up with some marine plywood
You can grow climber plants for something natural, then you have bamboo balcony coverings or fake foliage to attach.
