He’s probably right, but why is this guy getting any attention? He was a Trump lackey up until he was facing prison time.
On one hand, a former Trump henchman bent on seeing him fall is a good thing. There’s no one more vengeful than a betrayed henchman.
On the other, had Trump never thrown him under the bus he’d still be on the train.
I’m hesitant to like this guy, but I do like his hate for Trump.

He’s winning every day he’s not in a prison cell.
At this point I don’t think he cares about loosing or going to jail. It’s an inevitable outcome. He is focused on getting on the ballot and using the PR from the trials to rial up his base to have a shot at winning the next election. In the long run he may poison the well for all others including sending the country into a constitutional turmoil.
Losing all the way to the white house.
Not really. Every day he is in court, making that gross face, and attacking the court, he is flying in the face of the legal system showing off that he is not the same as everyone else. He is actively not participating in the legal system and he isn’t losing.
And unless we are all vigilant, he will keep losing every day in court until he wins the election and makes it all go away. “Losing every day” means nothing until there are actual consequences.
What’s the matter little guy, you get sick of winning?
I still remember Mr. Trump saying the election would be rigged way before the election.
