Yeah this dude conveniently forgot to mention that russia increased military spending in high proportion and also ir makes new tanks, missiles, etc.
While EU and USA can even supply enough artillery shells for Ukraine. Thats a fucking dream he is in.

The problem is that their economy is in war mode and they will mobilize after the rigged election in March.
Any parity is fleeting and the countries with enough resources to capitalize on it are all dithering it away.
Those Baltic countries are starting to flex a bit because of it too. You love to see it.
