I disagree with allot of thigns from Meloni and i mean allot. But i am really happy she is so pro Ukranian. Imagine if Berlusconi had been prime minister.
He wants peace for russia, chaos and dismay everywhere else.
Honestly I am on the fence;
On one hand I really want Ukraine to be able to get back to its normal existence sooner rather than later (meaning russia gets the hell out, and reparations are made to fix the financial and infrastructure damage they’ve inflicted in Ukraine).
But on the other hand I also know russia will just do this again in the near future if they aren’t beaten black and blue first, they need to have their teeth taken out tbh, especially their capacity to sow seeds of hate and political unrest elsewhere in the world. After all russia has been moving chips behind the scenes for over a decade, that capability needs to be taken away.
What russia lacks in military discipline and doctrine, they make up for in deceptive actions like subtrefuge and political sabotage, I honestly think their political system needs to be melted down and reforged with NONE of the existing players having any influence in it at all.
That’s the thing, though — he doesn’t actually want peace.

I don’t care if you believe that there are Nazi Jews in Ukraine or that NATO caused this conflict: someone fired the first shot that began this war, and they weren’t Ukrainian.
