They literally had this for decades and then Xi came to power and everyone left after he shut down all foreign schools and banned all foreigners from the country. Do not fall for the trap, it’s a setup
No thanks.
thanks but I’d rather go somewhere else
i’ve made too many tiananmen square 1989 references already
And how easy is it to leave after entry back home?
I’m not one of these nationalities, but I think I speak for them when I say “hard pass”
Why travel to China where smog blocks out the sun?
How about Romania?
I will go when the ccp went out off business.
Here we go… PortugalCanNotIntoChina 😭
Time to create r/PortugalTaMaDe sub.
The first sentence says it all, ridiculous to make it temporary though.
I hate the Chinese government with a passion but I also do recognize there’s a lot of beauty in the country so i for one am happy to hear this
Who’s going to fly from nl to China and only stay for 15 days?
Looks nice ngl, China is full of history and things to see, I’ll just contain myself from writing winnie the pooh on the internet
Fuck yeah now I can go to China, buy enough food for two full plastic bags and go to Tienanmen square to walk around where nothing happened in 1989.
All of this visa free
Honestly, it’s almost a nice deal. The 15 day limit kinda ruins it a bit
It sure sounds great to the people traveling between these countries but I can’t help but wonder what the catch is with this “offer”?
i’d rather go to somalia or gaza
pass.
Not a fan of the government there but China has a lot of beauty in it.
Being Dutch myself, I might just see what’s possible in the future.
Covid free I hope.
Cool thanks
That seems as if they are getting desperate in China.
Last I heard is that most foreigners leaving (or have already left) China a few months ago.
Kind of sad that’s it’s difficult to visit such a beautiful country and interesting culture without giving money to the ccp. Good thing there’s Taiwan as well!
As a Portuguese I’m offended they included our Iberian brothers but not us. We are too good for them 😤
I’ll book a vacation to china when they’re a stable country with a democratic government that doesn’t lock people up for talking about squares
1989 is the year T.S. happened.
And this is why we can’t have nice things.
Cos I know you were trouble.
I better get my Getaway Car.
Otherwise, one wrong comment, one inappropriate post..
I’ll probably have death by a thousand cuts.
It’s Mean. They can’t Calm Down.
Even though it’s a really beautiful, a Gorgeous, country, one could even say it can make someone feel Enchanted
But. Once back in 1989, somebody stood there Fearless and with Eyes Open. Few minutes later, he was breathless.
It was the moment the world knew.
They tried to shake it off.
But only the young ones are brave enough to ask and Speak Now.
There are subs about foreigners living in China like r/chinalife if you want to get some different perspectives.
Or maybe it’s a sub full of paid propagandists like this one.
I need to go there for a Business trip, this will save me so much paperwork
