Highly doubt you will get an answer. There are over 100 000 lakes in sweden and thousands look like this. Perhaps giving some information about the picture might help. This might not even be a lake.
Based on that there are over 100.000 lakes in Sweden, this is a question that is more or less impossible to answer. Do you have any more information about where this photo is taken?

The image has an embedded facebook tracking tag, you’re better off looking for clues there.
Östersjön
If the photo is taken anywhere near Vemdalen (which I actually doubt), then it would have to be Storsjön near Östersund for the simple reason that Storsjön is the only lake in central Sweden that has sailboats of that size on it – there are probably a couple dozen at the marina in Östersund.
Based on what you can make out of the vegetation and the size of the sailboat, I think it’s much more likely that that is a bay of the Baltic Sea.

That’s a generic looking lake if I ever saw one.
