I like to pickle various things. In the country I come from, there is [this product](https://nordicexpatshop.com/ENG/torsleff-atamon-preservative), which you will rinse the container in before you store something for a long time. I’m positive there must be something similar here, but I can’t find it. Help?

The product description says it’s benzoic acid so just try to get that? We don’t have anything like it
