  1. Not sure how all these developments which essentially strip 20 year old buildings back to the structure replacing the exterior and interior is sustainable.

    They are doing something similar to the Citi skyscraper in Canary Wharf, replacing parts of the building that are quite new.

    Average domestic double glazing seems to last longer then the facade of some of these buildings.

  2. It’s currently got an EPC of about E. Which for a buildimg built in the 21st Century as a regional “parliament” is quite frankly a disgrace.
