A beautiful story
They are the commander of the 41st mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhii Orysyuk from Volyn, and sixth grader Anya Baranovych. In the summer, the lyceum, where the girl studies, supported the collection of aid for the soldiers who were in the Mykolaiv direction. Anya handed over her drawing, a chocolate bar and 100 hryvnias to the front, which went to Serhiy. At that moment, his unit just survived the enemy attack. Equipment and personal belongings were destroyed. And help from a person native from Volyn, in particular, a gift from Anya, became a ray of light for the soldier. Serhii decided that on vacation he must visit the lyceum and find the schoolgirl who sent these presents. So he did!

Beautiful story. Very touching how young lady is emotional and the love between the soldier and young lady.
This is why UKRAINE WILL PREVAIL
Can someone else do this? How could a foreigner post something to the front?
Sometimes a small act of kindness can give someone that ray of hope they need to keep going.
It should be a lesson to all of us.
This is the strength of Ukraine!
Heartwarming. Bless everybody involved. Stay safe, everybody!
This is beautiful.
It’s really heartwarming to see such genuine appreciation for such a small gesture. It really shows how important this war is for Ukrainians. For Ukraine this is a war of survival, home, and culture. It’s all about the people. For Russia, it’s about land, money, ego, and power. People and life aren’t even part of the equation.
That’s what they’re fighting for, and what they’re defending. A soldier defending her quality of life, peace, and taking a knee to her is so powerful.
