Do people report traffic infraction?

Hi there, whenever I visit my friend’s I wonder 2 things.

Am I taking this roundabout correctly?

Do people report infractions? (In some countries you can record someone committing an infraction and then, this person would be fined)

In the picture, I’m always heading to the pink point

When coming I take the orange route
When leaving I take the blue/green route

My intuition tells me to take the green route but I think there’s nobody else doing it, also Google maps indicate the blue route

The likelihood of causing an accident is pretty low, I’m more scared of being fined is someone reports me
