What sort of a “news” website would rely on people on reddit actually telling the truth?
I’m not saying the reddit story was a lie but there’s no way of knowing that it wasn’t, and here it is published as fact.

Remember the thread about the person being charged by their parents to stay at home over Christmas? That made its way into an article for a tabloid last week. It appeared somewhere on my news feed. Anecdotal stories making news articles, a great day for journalism.
