    The thing is, though… like that one guy once said, the point is not to die for your country. It’s to make the other poor bastard die for his.

    Something that Ukraine seems to understand, and Russia seems not to.

  4. Bending a twig until it breaks isn’t resilience. It’s a stress test that will end in the destruction of Putin’s military. NATO leadership, civil and military, must understand their role in mobilizing the resources and broader strategic vision that finally breaks its back quicker and harder.
