Today I saw a guy dumping his cigarette before taking the bus. It will be hard to change that because those people have been doung that for a long time
€1.2 for cleaning! These street trashers are costing us lot of money. And definitely Luxembourg should have fines that match Singapore, €1000 for first and and €10000 for every repeat offence.
