An article published on an unknown website, which states clearly that their editor team didnt review the article… Not really a reliable information.
I don’t know…I think with an order by a judge or something the use of Luca data should be possible in case of major crimes (like homicides, violent crimes etc.) if there are no other leads to pursue.

Luca was a complete date security disaster from the get go and provided nothing the Corona Warnapp couldn’t do, but hey, they had Smudo as a spokesperson/investor
Anybody else thinks it’s rather telling that a site with market research in its name considers this newsworthy?
