Ecolo/Groen presented a text to authorize convictional signs for all the public workers of Anderlecht. The text was supported by PTB (which is currently in the opposition).
In the past few days, a few council members said that they have been receiving threats and pressure from “citizens” (to vote for the change).
A decision was taken for the meeting to take place with closed doors.
what are ‘convictional’ signs? I tried reading the article, but still didn’t get what it was about.
This should not even be decided by local councils.
The federal government should just enforce a neutrality position and suspend people that argue against it.
