It sometimes happens with people who have brain trauma, and how it changes them can be very unpredictable. I believe the term is secondary psychosis. Also, he had a motorcycle helmet hopped off his head. I think the guy probably won’t make any sense. It all sounds like once they go through his history, there will be nothing there about radicalization or plans for some terrorism. In fact, they announced that conclusion already, which tells me the mental health people who were treating him probably told them that his condition was on a downward trajectory and not improving after the operation.
