I think its Staroměstská, its one of the longest and I used to sprint those up to catch a tram that arrived too soon after the metro just to save 5 mins of time in trade of haveing to catch my breath pretty much the whole ride home (~20mins)
Those were the leg days.

I will be at namesti republiky tomorrow and if i remind myself, i’ll take a look from the palladium side. On my way back, i can check the mustek option.
Just a guess, if the photo was taken on a smart phone, you can access photolocation, maybe that could do it?
