I bought a product from [2dehands.be](https://2dehands.be) and its been 3 days seller did not receive the amount (based on his/her chat) Payment is from NL to BE so in this it can take max 2 days. In this time the seller had communication with me normally, no suspicious behave on chat. Suddenly I received an email from [2dehands.be](https://2dehands.be) that the seller is fraud and they blocked the account. I still can send message via [2dehands.be](https://2dehands.be) to the seller but no reaction after this message which may be because of account get blocked. I did stupidity that i did not have contact details of the seller (email or phone number). In this case shall i wait or inform police/2dehands.be?

    1. Contact your bank to see if they can help you recoup. I hope you paid via credit card.
    2. If the payment was processed via 2dehands, dispute there
    3. You could go to the police
