Just a complete waste of everyone’s time, that achieves absolutely nothing. Have Sinn Fein actually ever provided a solution to anything other than tabling no confidence votes every 5 minutes?
It’s just pure petty political point scoring that achieves nothing.
A motion that will fail. The government have enough support for it to fail.
So it’s a case that Sinn Féin are not tuned in enough to know that their motion won’t pass or they are knowingly tabling a motion that hasn’t a hope but doing so anyway.
Would probably be less controversial if another party tabled it if I’m honest with the support of SF but that’s my opinion.
Absolute waste of time.
