“Schools are safe, but not really, but according to public health advice they are, but without proper mitigations they aren’t, except when public health tells us we don’t need them”.
What a joke. Going to be chaos tomorrow.
This whole ‘safe’ thing is so annoying
Government made a mistake using the term. Schools are safe, people aren’t going around shooting them up randomly. But linking safety with defeating an airborne virus in schools during a pandemic was a brain dead move.
Schools are never safe in that sense because kids are by their nature riddled with all sorts of shite let alone Covid.
Go back to school everyone and shut the fuck up about it

Seems like payback for NPHET members giving interviews and going off message back in December
Not a Fianna Fáil supporter, but the idea of taking the advice advice from the scientist and doctors, NPHET in Irelands case, is the most sensible way to govern in a pandemic situation.
It’s either that or do nothing and allow a free for all for the virus.
There has not been a credible alternative idea on how to manage Covid anywhere in the world.
Too many untrustworthy opinions from unqualified people though.
Not exactly relevant but my fiancé sounds exactly like that little kids toy car when she laughs

Is that the guy that runs the charity that used to be a political party?
