The drone operator was telling Russian soldiers where to go and what Ukrainians were doing (like preparing grenades) but either bad radio signal or stupidity they kept looking opposite of where he told them or turned their backs to defenders at some point. “Number 4” ( apparently some kind of vehicle) got blown up that was supporting the assault. Basically, a lot of frustration and disgust at the level of stupidity that they were seeing. He just tells them he is leaving at the end probably because better was low.
