I mean he’s wronged a bunch of people at this point, I hope for his sake he stays sober.
Definitely good to hear, but as somebody who has had addiction issues myself and formerly worked in the mental health/treatment industry, I’m not holding my breath until it’s been a year or two.
In my experience, that’s typically the rough time frame of where somebody either decides they’re done or if they’re just white knuckling it and are a time bomb waiting for the first thing to go wrong so they have an excuse to get high/drunk.
I did it myself. I went through an entire year of jail/rehab and stayed sober and then got fucked up the day I got out because I no longer had anyone telling me I couldn’t.

This man has lost the benefit of the doubt from me personally. I’ve seen too many “he’s better now” posts/stories just to see him absolutely sloshed in a random video weeks later. If it’s true, that’s awesome, but call me skeptical as hell.
