  1. Right now, they’ve been pulling back some of the printed money via “quantitative tightening”. So, we’ll see what happens when push comes to shove, in the form of unsustainable fiscal budgets.

    If they’re not careful, they’re going to reach a point where the interest, let alone the principal on the debt won’t be serviceable without printing.

    I keep an eye on this chart.

    Japan is right now a Ponzi. They can’t shut off the printing press to save their lives. They need that endless new money. We’re 10 years behind Japan, but catching up fast. And Wall Street is clamoring for that new money, because the only way to force interest rates below the inflation rate is by printing new money and using it to manipulate price discovery in debt markets.
