Russians continue to commit atrocities in Ukraine. Two Ukrainian servicemen decided to surrender to representatives of the Russian forces. However, the Russians treacherously killed Ukrainian soldiers, violating the norms of international humanitarian law.

  7. Wonder if this is a local thing or a top down order, I can’t imagine Russia is in much position to take care of prisoners considering how they take care of their own troops.

  8. Here you can see the “forced conscripts” in action. They are not forced, they are mouth foaming volunteers. Or as you could otherwise say, russian citizens.

And besides, it would also be forbidden under the Geneva Convention to kill the wounded. Grenade dropping on wounded isn’t legal either, but that’s war. The only rule is to survive at any cost…

  39. Something maybe happened like a gunshot from the trenches or something, they seemed to focus on the opening and the one coming from within, they didn’t even mind the laying one.

    Perhaps it was a scenario similar to what happened months ago when Ukrainians encircled Russians inside a compound forcing them to capitulate until a russian came and opened fire resulting in the death of all surrendered Russians.
