As much as it looks like a flying person, it appears to just be torn up tarp. It floats down too slowly and you can also see other pieces of tarp doing the same thing below the smoke. It looks very much like a person with a flailing arm, but I’m pretty sure it’s a bit of an illusion and it’s just tarp. Needless to say, I’m sure the guy in there is toast.

Why do all these videos appear to be of one or two individuals all by themselves. I would have assumed that they would be part of a division or something, maybe some type of structure… Not just a hole in the ground with one dude.
This has almost comedic timing.
