I hope that, in the long run, Donald Trump’s behavior and the country’s reaction to it becomes America’s Magna Carta Moment. Where we officially slap down the attempts to make future executives all powerful and say, with firmness, that they are in fact subject to the law.
The fact that they’re being framed as his “own” judges shows how far into fascism we’ve come.

I think this type of headline implies a divisive mindset that all judges confirmed by trump will skirt their duty to uphold the law and constitution for loyalty to Trump.
If I get a promotion and then my boss loses his job and we find out after the fact he raped the Secretary, I’m not going to help him flee to Mexico to avoid prosecution. This is the level of absurdity this headline implies
