The house from the epic is actually from Germany and is the kind of residency I’m wondering about the real estate costs would be. How much would such a homes cost based on the building itself and the total land acre that would presumably come with it assuming its a modern home just built a few years ago? As a bonus question, the homes in the specific neighborhood of the pic taken were all built before the 1970s and I think the house in question had been in existence as early as 1956. What would the price affectations be based on being this old?
I’m not moving to Germany but some people at my university are interested so I ask out of research since they’re looking for a house in the style and size as shown in the pic.

Depends on location
This depends extemely on location.
Where I live between 300-500k even when the roof is missing
Saw one last year ~350k and would say that depends on location and condition because if your house needs new infrastructure that will end up +200k
Id say around 300k
+100-200k if you want to get up to as modern a standard as possible
+100-200k if you live close to the more booming urban centers
-maybe 50-100k if it is located in bfnw
Completely depends on location. Could be 200k. Could be 1.5 million. Really depends where you buy and of course in what condition the house is.
Could be 120k could be 400k. Location is the key
In the Brandenburgian countryside probably a tenth of what it would cost in Munich’s suburb while the Brandenburg one would have double the living space.
