*Gardiner Street is believed to have the highest concentration of homeless accommodation in the country, accounting for more than 1,170 of the 13,179 people currently recorded as homeless*
I see that Banty lad has his sticky fingers involved, no surprises, a Venn Diagram between GAA figures and shite landlords would have some overlap.
We’re going to look back at this in 20/30 years and wonder what the fuck we were thinking..
Accommodation crisis, record immigration numbers.. no medium to long term plan on how we integrate these people successfully into Irish society.
Ireland is definitely not full (like the mouth breathers claim) but my god we are going a long way to marginalising immigrants by creating these quasi-ghettos (most of which are privately run direct provision style B&Bs which are seeing record profits courtesy of the taxpayer)..
Absolute insanity..
Surely we can call for tighter immigration laws until we have plans in place that will allow these people to come in and partake in society properly and places for them to live and raise families etc
Irish times giving us a list of streets to avoid for our own safety lol
