I’m a decent hand at deciphering handwritten whatever but this one’s stumping me. Can anyone help interpret the handwritten chicken scratch on this family document I just acquired during a genealogy hunt? The addendum at the very bottom is especially confusing and I wonder if it’s some kind of wartime records accounting. Thanks for any help.
