Visited Scotland in August and can’t stop thinking about the delicious pies we had at a few football games (pictured: chicken curry at a Kelty Hearts match)

I’ve been able to get the fillings right but haven’t been able to replicate the pastry. Tried with puff, short crust, and a combination of the two.

Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction or even share a recipe.

Thanks in advance for any advice, tips, etc.
