Ohio needs much more strict and robust educational standards cause my home school district has a CEO put in place of the superintendent cause of consistently missing high school graduation numbers, poor testing, etc. My district is probably ranked the lowest in the state. But Something doesn’t sit right when I hear CEO instead of superintendent. I can recognize that my hometown (Lorain, OH) doesn’t have much opportunity for adults let alone kids to thrive in, but something needs done. We have produced some very bright minds before and I believe we can do it again

    Also Ohio is supposed be Ohio vs The World. We have the most presidents, so many astronauts, The Wright Bros., the Cleveland Clinic, John Glenn NASA research center, and so many big name companies. It’s frustrating when our politicians want to roll back the legacy of greatness
