All public insurances are essentially the same. No difference when it comes to accessibility whatsoever.
TK is supposed to have decent english language support if that matters to you
AOK is not one health insurance provider, but eight or so state bound providers, so an office in Berlin can’t help you, when you are insured in Heidelberg and vice versa. If you ever plan on moving inside Germany, AOK is just extra hassle.
