  1. Standard practice across Europe, we do the same in Spain and I saw the same on holiday in Germany.

  2. That’s the fault of the city/cleaning services.

    The technology already exists to detect when it’s 80% full so they can schedule a pickup.

    I live in a small appartement and can’t keep storing my trash until the city decides to empty these after weeks of it being full.

    Another problem is that they have removed way too much of them. So finding one becomes nearly impossible.

    Good for the people who already pre sorted the glass.
