Would be great if more of these were for sale. Unfortunately build-to-rent just ensure more people will never be able to afford to buy a home.
It’s great but I don’t understand the sprawl though. Wouldn’t it make sense to build up higher in the IFSC and city centre and give us an actual skyline.
I’m all for building, but who going to build the schools, hospital for all the extra people ….
