Ciao a tutti,

Scusa per il mio italiano, siamo abitando vicino a Roma con mia moglie da quasi un anno perché abbiamo la doppia cittadinanza.

Ogni tanto andiamo a Roma per fare una passeggiata e mangiare qualcosa, e sono sempre sorpreso per la quantità di graffiti’s che ci sono nella città. Mi dispiace vedere siti vecchi rovinati da questo problema.

Mi piace tantissimo il suo paese e vorrei capire come ha suceso questo.

Si tratta di un problema recente o è sempre stato così?

It happens that if you write a graffiti nobody gives a shit, but if you try to clean it the sovrintendenza jumps at your throat because you have to clean it according to protocols and procedures and shit like that, and if you don’t follow these processes you get fined, a lot. Even if you clean it, some shithead tags it the next day and you are back to square one.

    Edit: and note, the reason why the sovrintendenza jumps at your throat is because you are an easy target with “money” written all over your just repainted walls. They don’t give a fuck about anything else, otherwise they would move their ass to assist you in getting it fixed, if they really care about proper cleanliness

  3. As a person who does graffiti in brescia, i think it’s a good form of art if you know how to do one for good.

  4. No issue, people do them. They’re there, sometimes they are bad sometimes they are good sometimes they get cleaned out.

  5. Credo sia una cosa che esiste da decenni, probabilmente in Italia si è diffuso negli anni ’80. Se ti stai domandando come mai sia prevalente in Italia rispetto ad altri posti è perchè gli italiani hanno generalmente poco senso civico e non si fanno problemi a danneggiare proprietà pubbliche o private per il loro interesse
