The rain seems to be washing off the cheap paint used on the wall.
I’ve also seen several people taking photos and being proper angry at what the cafe has done.
Hopefully its re-emergence means it can be salvaged.

The cafe isn’t listed on Google maps yet, but the former dry cleaner has started receiving some negative comments in the reviews
I hope it can be! Although it kinds looks like the paint is reacting to what’s underneath?
