My neighbor parked on the spot we have cleaned up this morning. It’s okay but he has blocked both the back spot and front one – parking in the middle of three spots. When asked to move a bit backwards (saying that we will clean up a bit the snow so he can exit the vehicle with showers we brought) he was angry and just refused. So we had spent next hour cleaning up a new spot. I live in Munich, is this okay for people to be such dicks to each other here?

If this is public roadside parking anyone can park wherever they want. It doesn’t matter that you shoveled that parking space, it’s public domain.

There are no legal repercussions for being an asshole. He’s well within is right to tell you to kick rocks.
