This is what we mean when we hear total football. Rotating, taking up space that other players have left. Currently it’s missing in our attack because whenever Lewa vacates the space, Raphinha or Felix or a midfielder has to attack it. Gundo would be perfect for this role I think.

I’ve been saying De Jong is good enough to play pivot (while we wait to buy one)
Did anybody else notice how the distance between the three midfielders today was much shorter than last game? Against Porto they seemed stranded on their own island alone while today they found eachother often atleast partly due to different positioning.
