  4. I’ve no doubt they fund plenty of other terror groups as well. Not giving these middle eastern oil nations money is a great reason to end dependence on oil.

If they fund revolution war against invader or a gov that is brutal to their people, probably still make sense.As long as they don’t do the Saudi and US fetish with international terrorism that hurt random country globally,go burn your own fund. If it’s like Hamas that only wanna attack their typical invader and not hurting others,just another neverending classic land war perhaps.
