Do you ever think that some people were never meant to drive?
Knew a girl who failed her practically 13 times but passed on 14th go.
I mean you can’t fault their perseverance. This person is indeed very determined and deserves some admiration for that at least.
There should be a formal referral process. If you fail X amount of times you should be assessed if you are even mentally capable of driving. I mean theory is dead easy, if they can’t pass there must be something wrong with them.
theory test is just a memory test. you cant memory test for being a dangerously self absorbed asshole. if you could, there would be a good 5th less drivers on the road.
It’s not though is it, it includes hazard perception, which I can see people failing.
